What virtual care handles well
Evaluation of many common conditions, review of history and medications, interpretation of laboratory results, and ongoing monitoring of an established plan.
What it does not
Conditions requiring physical examination, imaging, procedures or urgent intervention. Those are referred to in-person or emergency care.
When we say no
Providers may decline treatment, request testing first, or recommend a different pathway. Declining is a clinical outcome, not a service failure.
Availability of specific programs, treatments and testing varies by state and is confirmed during intake. AventraMD does not claim availability in all states.
