Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the service.
Nature of the service
AventraMD provides a technology platform that connects you with licensed healthcare providers. Medical evaluation and treatment decisions are made by those providers. Using the platform does not guarantee evaluation outcome, eligibility or treatment.
Not insurance, not emergency care
AventraMD is not health insurance and is not a substitute for emergency medical services. Call 911 or seek emergency care for urgent medical needs.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate and complete health information, keep your account credentials secure, and follow the guidance given by your provider. Inaccurate information can affect the safety of your care.
Payment
Fees applicable to your care are presented before you commit. Medication and testing costs may be separate.
Intellectual property
The AventraMD name, brand and site content are owned by AventraMD and may not be used without permission.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance.
AventraMD is not intended for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek emergency medical care.
