Information is used to deliver and coordinate your care, verify eligibility, communicate with you, operate and secure the service, and meet legal and regulatory obligations. We do not sell your health information.
Who can access your information
Access is limited to those involved in delivering your care and to service providers who support the platform under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
Security
We use encrypted connections, access controls and authentication safeguards designed to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, and we continue to review our controls.
Your choices
You may request access to your information, ask for corrections, control marketing communications and request account closure. Some records must be retained where required by law or clinical record-keeping obligations.
