Accessibility
Healthcare should be usable by everyone. AventraMD builds to WCAG 2.2 AA principles and treats accessibility as part of clinical quality.
Reviewed as part of the current site release
What we build to
Keyboard-accessible navigation and menus, visible focus states, sufficient colour contrast, semantic heading order, descriptive alternative text, accessible accordions and forms, respect for reduced-motion preferences and large touch targets on mobile.
Ongoing work
Accessibility is reviewed as part of each release rather than treated as a one-time audit. Issues found in review are prioritised alongside functional work.
Reporting a barrier
If you encounter something on this site that is difficult or impossible to use, tell us what you were trying to do and the device or assistive technology you were using. We will respond and work to resolve it.
AventraMD is not intended for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek emergency medical care.
